Are you legit?
Yes, we are a legitimate registered company operating under Obsidian Collective Group LLC. If you'd like, you can shop for most of our products on our Etsy store or check us out on Instagram.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking info. You can also track it through the Shop app.
How is your apparel screen printed?
Most of our apparel, especially our Comfort Colors 1717 and Gildan 64000 Softstyle shirts, is printed using DTG (direct-to-garment). Ink is applied directly into the fabric's fibers rather than sitting on top of it, giving you a soft, integrated print that moves with the shirt, feels like part of the fabric from day one, and holds up beautifully through regular washing. Best for high-detail designs with a clean, soft finish, which is exactly what we're going for.
How do your shirts fit?
Sizing varies by garment. Here's a quick guide to what we offer most for adults:
- Comfort Colors 1717: our adult unisex go-to. A heavyweight (6.1 oz/yd²), garment-dyed tee with a relaxed, lived-in fit from the very first wear. Runs true to size with room to spare. Sizes S–3XL
- Gildan 64000 Softstyle: our everyday lightweight tee. A softer, more fitted unisex cut at 4.5 oz/yd², great for a more streamlined look. Runs true to size. Sizes S–4XL
Each product listing includes an exact size chart with measurements so you always know what you're getting before you order.

What's the recommended care for my item?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or air dry when possible. Treat it right and it'll last.
How long does shipping take?
Everything is made to order, so please allow a few days for production before your item ships. Delivery times may vary, so please refer to the shipping information shown at checkout for the most accurate estimates.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Everything is made to order, printed fresh just for you, which means production takes a few days before your item ships. Delivery times may vary, so please refer to the latest shipping information shown at checkout for the most accurate estimates.
Since each item is made to order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size chart in each listing before ordering. As a small, independent shop, we keep our prices fair and our quality high, and frequent returns make that much harder to sustain.
However, if you're not able to receive your package, or if something arrives damaged or isn't right, send us a message through our contact form or on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll do everything we can to make it right.
